如果想要把文件檔轉為簡報，有什麼方法呢？介紹一款Chrome外掛程式。這是一名數學老師自己寫的外掛程式。有興趣的老師可以直接看原文和Alice Keeler 的Youtube影片，聽她說明如何使用這款外掛，Magically Convert Google Docs to Slides。 我用中文簡單說明如何使用這款外掛程式。
首先到Google Workspace Marketplace 安裝 Doc to Slides by Schoolytics 應用程式。瀏覽器要用Chrome才能使用。
如果檔案是Word，要先轉為Google doc。直接把你的Word檔案上傳到Google Drive，就可以輕鬆把Word轉成Google doc了。接著打開你的Google doc文件。
如圖指示。一段就是一個簡報頁。我貼了一段新聞作為示範。
打開側邊菜單選項之後，會看到如下的畫面。
簡報的功能是要讓受眾在最短的時間的得取最重要的資訊。如果簡報文字太多，會造成受眾的負擔。盡量文圖搭配，文字也不要太多。如果想要提供豐富的信息，那就直接給文書檔就好了。
